Public Conference 2020

A Public Seminar Hosted by the CAS and the SDRCC:

Fostering Integrity in Sport with Dispute Resolution

As part of its 2020 Mediator and Arbitrator Conference, the SDRCC is pleased to host a Regional Seminar of the Court for Arbitration in Sport in lieu of its public program, an event to be held on January 30, 2020 at Hôtel Bonaventure in Montréal (Québec).

Presentations

Continuing Learning Education Recognition

The program has been accredited in the past and CLE credits will be indicated as they are confirmed. 

  • Content applicable for the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) CEE points for Q.Med & C.Med (2 points per hour, excluding meals and breaks);
  • 6.5 hours of CPD with the Law Society of British Columbia;
  • 6.5 hours of CPD with the Law Society of New Brunswick;
  • Up to 2 hours of EDI Professionalism Hours and up to 1 Professionalism Hour, depending on the sessions you select, with the Law Society of Ontario;
  • 6.5 Substantive hours, including up to 2 Ethics hours, of CPD with the Law Society of Saskatchewan.

Law Societies of other Canadian provinces do not accredit providers.
